Comscentre

Comscentre provides the option of untimed flat rate Internet calls by simply dialling an access code before the number. Because Comscentre deploys this service on a business grade integrated voice and data router, voice traffic is able to be prioritized which increases the call quality as it is not affected by other traffic such as emails and file downloads, which is not possible in most other vendors solutions without the cost of additional hardware.

The Cisco Call Manager Platform can perform a variety of telephony features that are normally associated with a PABX. The new Cisco platform will be programmed to suit your business needs.

Prior to the telephone system being deployed into your site, a short questionnaire of the telephony features will need to be conducted. This process will identify your company's base requirements with regards to the following:-

  • Who is using the telephone?
  • Which handset types are assigned to who, eg Secretary 7960G
  • Primary number handling
  • After hours handling
  • What numbering plans will be used, eg Grouping by department
  • Group pickup
  • Night Service activation, etc

We have a detailed process to gather the needs of your business. We will walk you through the information required to complete the document. The document is to be completed and emailed to Comscentre 3 weeks prior to the target cutover date. This will enable us to check and confirm the programming with you.
