1. Download the Cisco TSP installer from Comscentre Web site.

2. Run the TSP installation program and follow the prompts.

Leave the User Preferences as default.

Configure The CME IP-Address, User Name and Password are the same that are used to program the Personal Speed Dial. If you don't know this information, please contact support@comscentre.com.

Click the ‘Start' button to test connectivity to your IP Phone

Leave as default, and click next

3. Use Outlook to place calls from your Cisco Phone:

From the Outlook, go to the Contacts folder and open a contact.

On the Contact's menu, select Actions -> Call Contact.

Click on Dialing Options to and then select Cisco Unified CME TSP from the drop down menu under ‘Connect using line'

Next, Click on the Dialing Properties and confirm a zero is added for outside lines under ‘Dialing Rules'

Click on Start Call to dial from your Cisco Phone.
