We’ve built the highly redundant HCS infrastructure that is hosted privately within our own Data Centres, located in Sydney and Melbourne. All infrastructure is deployed with high availability, redundancy and scalability in mind, with multiple connections between each of the Data Centres, as well as multiple layers of redundancy built into each layer of the platform.

The Comscentre HCS platform is built and maintained to exacting standards, defined by the Cisco HCS Architecture. This standard is an expectation as a partner of Cisco to ensure that we provide the most effective and scalable solution to our clients. Our HCS environment is examined and audited by Cisco on a regular basis, before certification is issued, to ensure our compliance and currency of software and hardware versions and platforms.

The management stack allows Comscentre to provide carrier-grade service fulfilment ensuring optimal environment efficiency of all services. With advanced monitoring, alerting and fault diagnosis tools issues can be identified early to avoid outages and minimise downtime.
